<span style="font-size: large;">This statement (Mat.24:36) was made by Jesus to his disciples</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">about 2,000 years ago. He said it in the present tense, "<u><strong>knoweth</strong></u></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><strong><u>no man</u>." </strong> Nowhere does He say, or even imply, that no one </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">would <strong><u>ever</u> </strong>know. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="color: #cccccc;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="color: #999999;"> </span></span></span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: #cccccc;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="color: #999999;">(</span></span></span></span><span style="color: #cccccc;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: #999999;">all verses quoted are KJV, for an instant reference in the</span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="color: #cccccc;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: #cccccc;"><span style="background-color: white;"> </span> </span></span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="color: #cccccc;"><span style="color: black; font-size: x-small;"> English Standard Version, place cursor on chapter/verse).</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><span style="font-size: x-small;"></span><span style="color: black;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Again, Jesus speaking in the present tense of His day, said these words,</span><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span><span style="font-size: large;">and they are true today, but when the covenant of Daniel 9:27 is</span><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span><span style="font-size: large;">signed, <u>we will know to within a few days</u>, or <u>weeks</u> at the most.</span><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span><span style="font-size: large;">See the following<strong>:</strong></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="color: #333333;"><em><span style="color: black;"></span></em></span><span style="color: #333333;"><br /><span style="font-size: large;">

<em>I Thes.5:4.</em></b></span><span style="color: #333333;"><em><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #999999;"><br /><span style="font-size: large;">
</span></span></span></em></span><span style="color: #333333; font-size: large;"> </span><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #333333;"><em>"But ye, brethren, are <strong><u>not</u> </strong>in darkness, that that day<br />
should</em></span><span style="color: #333333;"><em><span style="background-color: white; color: #cccccc;"> </span>overtake <strong><u>you</u> </strong>as a thief." </em></span></span></span><span style="color: #999999;"><span style="font-size: large;"> <u>It won't happen to us</u>!</span><br />
</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><em><b>Rev.3:3.</b></em><br />
<em>"If therefore thou shall <u><strong><span style="color: black;">not watch</span></strong></u>, I will come on thee </em><br />
<em>as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come</em><br />
<em>upon thee."</em> </span><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #999999;">So, if we <u><strong><span style="color: black;">watch</span></strong></u> this <u><span style="color: black;"><strong>won't</strong></span></u> happen to us!<br />
</span><br />
<br /><em><b>Mat.13:11.</b> </em><br />
<em>"It is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom </em><br />
<em>of heaven, but to <u><span style="color: black;"><strong>them</strong></span></u> it is not given."</em> <span style="color: #999999;"><u><span style="color: black;"><strong>Them</strong></span></u> is everyone </span><br />
<span style="color: #999999;">that is <u><span style="color: black;"><strong>not</strong></span></u> a Christian!</span><br />
<br />
<br />
<em><b>I Thes.5:3-4.</b></em><br />
3) "<em>For when they shall say, peace and safety; then sudden </em><br />
<em>destruction cometh upon <u><span style="color: black;"><strong>them</strong></span></u> and <u><span style="color: black;"><strong>they</strong></span></u> shall not </em></span><em><span style="font-size: large;">escape."</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;"> </span></em><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #999999;"><span style="color: #999999;">Again, the</span> <u><span style="color: #444444;"><strong>them</strong></span></u> <span style="color: #444444;"><span style="color: #666666;">are the</span> </span><span style="color: #444444;"><u><strong>they</strong></u></span> </span><span style="color: #666666;"><span style="color: #999999;"><u>not us</u><em>!</em></span> </span></span><em><br /><span style="font-size: large;">
<br />
4) "But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day</span></em><br /><span style="font-size: large;">
<em>should overtake you as a thief."</em><span style="color: #999999;"> It won't happen to us!</span><br />
<br />
<br />
Second of all, it is important to note that the dead in Christ shall<br />
rise first. Why is this important? Because this is the "resurrection"<br />
and nowhere in the Bible is there a mention of what we call "The<br />
Rapture" without the resurrection happening first.<br />
<br />
<br />
Let's look at I Corinthians 15:51-52, "We shall not all sleep (die), <br />
but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an <br />
eye, at the last trump; for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead <br />
shall be raised incorruptible, and then we shall be changed" <br />
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333;">(<span style="color: #999999;">raptured</span>). </span>There you have it. The dead shall be raised, and <strong>then </strong></span><br />
</span><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;">we <span style="color: black;"><strong><u>will be </u><u>changed</u></strong></span><span style="color: #444444;">.</span> First the <strong>resurrection </strong>(<span style="color: #999999;">on the last day</span>)<br />then the </span><span style="font-size: large;"><b>rapture...</b> i.e.<i> "...we shall all be changed." I Cor.15:51.</i></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">How do we know the <strong>resurrection</strong> is on the <strong>last day?...</strong></span></span></span><br />
<div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;"></span><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;">The words of Jesus<b>:</b></span></span></span></div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333;"></span></span><br />
<div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;"><b><br /></b></span></span></span></div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333;">
</span></span>
<br />
<div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;"><b>John 6:40</b>, </span><span style="font-size: large;"><em>"...that every one that believeth on Me, may have</em></span></span></span></div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><em>
everylasting life: and I will <strong>raise </strong>him up at the </em><strong><em><u>last day</u>."</em></strong><br />
<br /><b>
John 6:44</b>, </span><em><span style="font-size: large;">"No man can come to me, except the Father which <br />
has sent me draw him: and I will <strong>raise </strong>him up at the <strong><u>last day</u>.</strong>"</span></em></span><br /><span style="font-size: large;">
</span><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #999999;"><b><br /></b><span style="font-size: large;">
</span></span><span style="font-size: large;"><b>John 11:24</b>,<em> "Martha said unto Him, I know that he shall <strong>rise </strong></em></span></span><br /><span style="font-size: large;">
</span><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;"><em>again in the <strong><u>resurrection</u> </strong>at the </em><strong><em><u>last day</u>." </em></strong>So, the resurrection <br />
happens on the <span style="color: black;"><strong><u>last day</u></strong></span>, and the rapture <strong><u>can</u></strong></span></span><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;"><strong><u>not</u></strong> happen before <br />
the resurrection.</span><br />
</span></span><br />
<div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;">Revelation chapters 8, 9 and 10 deal with the 7 trumpets of the</span></span></span></div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;">
</span><span style="color: #333333; font-size: large;">tribulation. Lets look at Rev.10:5, 6, 7, KJV (<span style="color: #999999;">paraphrased</span>) "And </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333; font-size: large;">the angel which I saw...sware by him that liveth for ever and </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333; font-size: large;">ever that there should be <strong>time no longer...</strong>when the 7th angel </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333; font-size: large;">shall begin to </span><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;">sound, the <strong>mystery of God</strong> should be finished..."<br />
</span></span></span><br />
<div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;">So, when the 7th angel sounds his trumpet he states that "</span><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>there</strong></span></span></span></div>
<span style="color: #333333;"><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>
should be time no longer,</strong>" that sure sounds like the <strong><u>last day</u></strong><br />
to me. Then what does he state next? "The </span><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>mystery of God<br />
should be finished." </strong>What is this mystery of God that happens</span></span><br /><span style="font-size: large;">
</span><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #333333;">at the last trump? Actually, Paul already told us what the mystery<br />
was in I Corinthians 15:51-52, (<span style="color: #999999;">put the cursor on that scripture</span>).<br />
<span style="color: #666666;">First, the</span> <strong><u>resurrection</u></strong>, <span style="color: #666666;">then the</span> <strong><u>rapture</u></strong> (<em><span style="color: #999999;">we shall be changed</span>),</em><br />
<span style="color: #666666;">both at the</span> <strong><u>last trump</u>, </strong><span style="color: #666666;">on the</span> <strong><u>last day</u>, </strong><span style="color: #666666;">at the very end</span>. </span></span></span><br />
